Welcome to the DynaSpeak Partner Portal
DynaSpeak welcomes partnerships with registered education agents and institutions to bring learners into our New Zealand campuses. Whether you’re an existing partner sending us a new student or an agency exploring a future relationship, this is your home for enrolment workflows, counselling resources, and onboarding information.
Enrol Students
Agent portal coming soonWe’re building a dedicated online portal so registered agents can submit enrolments and track student progress in one place. Until that launches, our team is happy to process referrals by email.
Please send the student’s passport copy, visa status, and preferred campus and intake date through to our admissions team. We’ll come back to you within a few business days with a placement and next steps.

A note on compliance
DynaSpeak operates as part of Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, a signatory to the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021. All agency partners are expected to operate in alignment with the Code and to put student wellbeing first.
What we’ll need from you
- A completed Expression of Interest form (download below).
- A current business profile, including the markets you serve and approximate annual student volume.
- A short marketing plan describing how you would promote DynaSpeak and recruit suitable students.
Please allow up to 20 business days for us to review your application. We’ll be in touch directly once a decision has been made.
