My name is BoHyun Kim, but most people know me as Isabella. I’m from South Korea, and I’ve been living in New Zealand for around 14 years. My mother tongue is Korean, and before coming here, I only spoke Korean.

I chose to study at DynaSpeak because it’s close to my home and offers great value without financial pressure. I’m currently studying NZCEL Level 5 Academic, which helps me focus on a wide range of English skills. Every week, I work on online tasks — vocabulary, grammar, writing, and reading — and I can really feel my progress.

Studying here has helped me develop new English skills and become more confident, especially thanks to the support from my teacher Reema. She always encourages me and reminds me not to give up on my studies.

With this growing confidence, I hope to take part more actively in the Kiwi community and use my English in real-life situations. Learning here has not only improved my language ability but also made me feel more connected to New Zealand.
