I’m Ying Zhao, from China, and I’ve been living in New Zealand for about six and a half years. Back in China, I had already studied a bit of English, but moving here gave me the chance to really use it in daily life.

I chose DynaSpeak mainly because it’s close to my house, and also because some of my friends were already studying here. That made it feel like the right place for me. 

What I enjoy most is that the learning here feels connected to real life. It’s not just about grammar or rules — it’s about using English in situations I face every day. I’ve picked up new skills, made new friends, and I’ve also learned more about New Zealand culture, which helps me feel more settled here.

My teacher makes a big difference. She’s very friendly, and she encourages us to ask questions. That makes the class more relaxed and interactive, which I really like.

For me, the next step is clear: once I finish studying, I want to find a job. Improving my English is the key to reaching that goal, and DynaSpeak is helping me get there.
